Our current website and email inquiry practices.

Website and inquiry information

Website visits and email links: This website has no inquiry form. Email links open your email app. If you send a message, we receive your email address and the information you include to discuss and respond to your inquiry. Please don’t include passwords or confidential information.
Inquiry delivery and access: We use Microsoft 365 to receive and manage inquiries sent to [email protected].
Retention: For inquiries that do not become projects, we manually delete messages from the active inbox 180 days after the last contact, excluding active follow-ups. Customer and project records are handled separately. Recovery systems, retention settings and backups may retain additional copies; this is not an all-copies deletion guarantee.
Analytics and hosting: We do not currently use visitor analytics or advertising trackers. Cloudflare provides hosting and security and may process connection information, including IP addresses.
Changes to these practices: We will review and update this notice before introducing forms, analytics or other changes to data handling.
